What we collect and why.
What you send us
The contact form collects your name, work email, company, the topic you choose and your message. We collect nothing else from you.
No tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
Technical records
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time, to run and protect the website. To stop spam, the contact form keeps a coded form of your IP address and uses it only to count messages sent in the past hour.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and follow up with you about EximRx. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who handles it and for how long.
Our providers
Hostinger hosts this website and sends the form to our mailbox. Microsoft 365 holds our email. These providers may store data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates, under their own security and data protection terms.
How long
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and for any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
What you can ask us.
Under the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to or limit how we use it.
